The rite is administered at five degrees. The lowest is observed in silence and costs nothing; the highest requires the attendance of the full house, two thurifers, and the reading of the founding date aloud in Latin. Choose the degree by hand. The Order does not advise on this matter.
Sites found to be dormant, parked, or unfit for blessing are declined and the offering returned in full. The determination of the Order is final.
